NOT A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION!!!
I had booked a nonsmoking King bed room and was offered a smoking room with two full size beds. The staff had us wait 45 minutes beyond check in time to locate another room for us. We are in the room right now and it has two full size beds, not a King as requested. I am getting the impression that the logistics at this place are not being managed properly. I have already prebooked two additional weekends here and will report if things improve. So far I am very disappointed. The hotel has a 100% satisfaction guarantee or you stay for free. I was offered two free drinks!!!
