The front desk is open from 7 AM until 11 PM (subject to change). Guests who require assistance outside these hours may use the telephone in the hallway behind the lobby, which connects to the front desk at the adjacent Aston at Papakea Resort.
A code will be given to the lock box next to the phone, where guests can find their room key. Guests may check-in in person the following day.

What to expect: Located in the quiet residential community of Honokowai, this casual condominium hotel draws families, leisure travelers, and seniors with its value and oceanfront location within five miles of golf and ocean activities at the Kaanapali and Kapalua Resorts.

Insider tip: The hotel was named after Joseph Keanuwailani Paki, who was born in a cave shelter near the Honokowai stream. A fisherman, he eventually acquired this property and planted it with dry-land taro. Taro and taro products are sold at a farmer’s market across the street from the hotel.

Condos have ceiling fans in bedrooms and living rooms, but no air conditioners.
