Was OK.
Hotel room was somewhat worn but clean. Front office staff was very friendly and helpful. Dining room was very expensive! A hot dog for $21 and then it got worse from there! While we opted for other items on the menu, a basic dinner for the two of us cost $80. A hotel bus (that also picks up at two other hotels) runs a set schedule to and from the airport.

No Happy With Service
We took the hotels shuttle bus from Narita. When we arrived at the hotel we had to go inside and get a bell hop to come out to get our bags. No one was waiting. When I went to check in I was standing in the line for check, there were other people at the counter, but not at the check in line. As I stepped up the clerk said I had to wait because there was another person before me, but that person was down the counter, not at the check in line. The service at the restaurant was not good. We had four or five different servers come to our table but we would have to way for them to come, or actually get up and go get them. The servers did not care to keep checking up on us.

Stayed for one night only for transfer
We had a great stay at the hotel. We had a layover via ANA, and due to the late arrival, double rooms were all taken. We enjoyed a free upgrade to a delux double. Room is spacious, with a desk and enough working space. Smoking is prevalent in Japn, and the corridor and elevator bear the tabacco smell. No traces of smell in the room, though. TV channels are limited, I think there are only Discover and Fox channels available in English. Convinient store at the lobby has everything, we took sushi boxes for dinner with fruits. Internet charges is about 16.80USD for the day.
