No frills - not that I expected any - but clean and functional.
Whilst the outside appearance of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired, the rooms were clean, appropriately furnished and overall functional. There are a few shops within walking distance and the bus takes you into downtown Boulder in a swift 10 minutes. All in all, not a bad place to stay while on business.

in need of TLC
it was rated a 3 star hotel, but should have been a 2 star. location was good & my husband loved the hot tub. however,the rooms definitely needed to be updated. carpet and bedspread looked old and worn. toilet was broken, but we were moved immediatley into another room. the room was not inviting. it looked like college kids would stay there for football weekends. i would not stay there again.

Hometown Comforts
The hotel was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. They knew the area well and willing to help with directions and suggested things to do and places to eat.
