General Information
What to expect: Originally home to the Convent of St Mary of the Snow in the 14th-century, the Adria Hotel features a striking 1912 Art Nouveau façade with stucco details. Through the glass doors at the entrance, business people and tourists mill around the marble-floored lobby, planning sightseeing trips and chatting over drinks in the lobby bar.
Amenity highlights: Originally opened as a theatre in 1912, guests can now dine on Czech and international dishes in the Triton Restaurant accompanied by live piano music in the evenings. The restaurant is set in a mock cave with Art Nouveau-style stalactites and murals depicting mythological gods and goddesses. Cocktails and draught Czech beers are served on the terrace in summer, with views over Wenceslas Square. Cigar Room Luna provides a variety of Latin American cigars.
Insider tip: Right behind the hotel are the Franciscan Gardens, one of the many green areas in Prague. The garden has a free public area but also contains a functioning monastery (once used as a police station while the Czech Republic was under communism), and the Church of our Lady of the Snow. Boutique shops fill the surrounding alleyways.

Guests of the Adria Hotel enjoy a complimentary buffet breakfast each morning.
Triton Restaurant - Located just below the Lobby Bar in the hotel's basement, the Triton was first opened to the public in 1912 as a theatre. Now renovated, the stone walls mimic the inside of a cave and feature murals depicting mythological gods and goddesses; Art Nouveau-style stalactites hang from the ceiling. Serves Czech and international dishes. Live music in the evenings. Open for lunch and dinner.
Lobby Bar - Serves cocktails, beer, snacks, salads, sandwiches, and desserts. Summer garden terrace is seasonal. Open morning to late evening.
Recreation
