Super location, good 4 stars hotel
centrally located, over underground parking and shopping mall, close both to the beach and to the shopping streets, 10 min walk to old city, very convinient location

Close to the Palais, Clean and comfortable
Great location for anyone attending a congress at the Palais. Rooms very clean and updated. I put a lower rating for the condition/maintenance because they were redoing some rooms on my floor (Jan 2009), which made things a little noise in the morning and unkempt. Other than that, service was good.

Always a Pleasure
I have been staying at this hotel annually since 1989 and must say that this hotel is improving with age. They have finally gotten around to upgrading the beds which was long overdue. The people who work at the hotel are very friendly and quite helpful which makes the stay all the more enjoyable.
