Old and overrated
The best feature of the hotel is convenient location in the historic city center. Otherwise, hotel is quite old. Rooms are simple, plumbing is basic. Feels more like 3-star hotel. Our king size bed consisted of two small matrasses that were far from comfortable Hotel personnel spoke poor English, which is surprising for a large hotel in the center of Rome

Great place to stay
Great location! Beautiful hotel. Ask for a room with a view of the Piazza. The only issue we had was that the shower and one of the sinks would clog which was kind of gross. Otherwise the hotel was comfortable, bed was fantastic, and service was really nice!
