Nice place
Well located in the fashion district. Near a Metro stop and a short walk to the Champs Elysees. The room was large by European standards. VERY firm bed but not uncomfortable. I would stay there again.

Nice Hote But It Should Be A 3-Star ....
The Alma Boutique was a nice hotel, but in my opinion, it doesnt rate 4-stars; its a good 3-star hotel; no more. The staff is very nice. The rooms are rather small and they only turn on the A/C no earlier than June for the summer months. I went in May and Paris can be hot and muggy. Its very well and centrally located - right behind Avenue Montaigne, the most exclusive avenue in Paris. I guess thats what you pay for.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
You could probably save substantially by choosing a nice 3-star hotel in the good "arrondissements" and pretty much get "the same thing without the 4-star price" - but overall, it was still a good experience. I just thought that I would get "more" since its a 4-star hotel.
