Perfect for families
Great access to the beach. Life gaurds are great and keep a eye on all those in the ocean. The pool was wonderful and beach towels were available for guests. Make sure to get a oceanfront view. It is worth the extra. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony every day watching the sunset. Beds are very comfortable. Some of the best I have slept on in hotels. I wouldn’t suggest this hotel if you have teenagers or young adults with you. There is not much for them to do close by. Grocery store is a couple of blocks away (to far to walk).
Traveler's tip on dining
We were looking for some great seafood. It was suggested that we go to a place called "Down the Hatch". Don’t waste your time or money. The service was the worst ever and the seafood tasted like I was eating frozen seafood. There is a good BBQ restaurant in town and a great Oyster Bar.
