Good value
The only issue we had with the hotel is on the first day the manager told us that the room rate didn’t include breakfast. Since the expedia receipt didn’t have this shown as included in the room rate, we couldn’t prove we were supposed to have breakfast included. On the morning of the day we left, while we were waiting for the taxi, the same manager told us to have breakfast and that it was included in the rate... Then appologied for getting it wrong on the first day!

this is NOT a three star hotel!
Hotel is in horrible shape! when we arrived, our toilet was not flushing, so we were moved to another room. in our new room the temperature controller did not work, it was only making lots of noise. our room was very cold. when we complained, we were offered a portable heater. Breakfast looked very pathetic. for 13 Euros you better off going out to a restaurant. Hotel does not offer free internet. we were very disappointed. Good thing we only staid there for 2 nights.

Train Directions
If arriving by train, take Metro line 12 to Lamarck-Caulaincourt. Exit metro station, turn left, walk all the way to end of block to Rue Damremont. Cross the street, turn left staying on same street (Damremont). Hotel halfway down the block. Warning 92 steps from subway to metro entryway. Elevator available. Friendly, English-speaking staff. Lots of restaurant around area, especially going up to Sacre Coeur. Great friendly cafe at corner on the way back to Metro.
