Wed stay again!
Our room was very clean and the front desk was very friendly and available. You leave your room key at the front desk when you leave but there is someone always there to greet you and give it to you. They spoke English very well and had good information for visiting sites. They also had two computers downstairs that you could use for free, so dont bother lugging your laptop like we did! Expect your room to be as tiny as they say about European hotels, but if you are here to see Paris and not stay in your room this isnt a problem. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. Great shops, restaurants and neighborhood surrounding the hotel.

Cant wait to go back!!
We stayed at this hotel for a week in August, it was in a great location, had comfy beds, the room was small, as stated in previous reviews, but it was no problem, we had everything we needed at hand. It was close to the Eiffel Tower, Metro and bus lines. There are really great Cafes and shops in the neighborhood that you can walk to. We never tried the breakfast buffet, we ate at the cafes and bakeries right around the corner. The front desk attendants all helped if we needed info on how to get from here to there or if we needed a cab. We took alot of busses, a very easy way to get around. Once you know what Bus number to take, you can easily find anything in Paris and I would rather be up and see the city than down below in the Metro. I took my granddaughter for her 16th birthday and we were out at night walking to the Eiffel Tower and always felt safe. We took a pastry class at "Cookn with Class". (cooknwithclass.com) a fun thing to do in Montmartre. We took a bus there and back to the hotel and had the best time. It was worth the money and we would do it again in a minute. Paris is beautiful and this is a great place to stay and you are close to all the sights! Cant wait to go back!
Traveler's tip
Take plug convertors and adaptors. The hair dryer in the bathroon has a regular plug for a shaver or curling iron but you need adpators for all the other plugs(the long round ones). We took one convertor with extensions for phones and ipods. 2 would have been great. To work the blow dryer, hold down the blue button all the time while drying your hair.

Interesting Hotel in Great location @ Good Price
Pros: A new & modern hotel with hallways that light up as you walk through them and nice, non-Ikea furnished rooms. The location was great, 5 mins walk from Eiffel Tower, went to it nightly to watch the tower sparkle. Also within walking distance from Les Invalides. Across from a Parisien super-market, near cafes and patisseries. Really quiet and somewhat eerie at night as it is a residential area but NOT lively at all like Latin District. Has chocolaterie in lobby, but closed because it was typical Paris in August. Cons: The shower has no door, only glass separator next to toilet area, but open otherwise; water falls out onto the rest of the bathroom, soaking everything nearby.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
5min walk from the hotel is the Eiffel Tower & right behind is the Seine. At night from 9-1 the towers lights sparkle for 5mins past each hour, but normally lit otherwise. Take walks up and down the Seine to see almost everything from bridges to palaces & museums & cathedrals. Go onto the two islands between the two banks of the Seine. All free and will be the most memorable moments of your visit.
