great location
The location of the hotel is prime. The bus into NYC stops right across the street. The ’pool’ is about 10’x20’ not heated, nice when hot, not so warm at night, No daily maid service, not too musch of a problem. They built a mall right across the street with restaurants and a movie theatre. Hotel clerk friendly and helpful with direction to NYC. Continential breakfast was great. NO central icemaker. The icemaker in our room didn’t work. We were given ice cube trays. Nice little kitchenette. Nice small, relaxing courtyard outside for relaxing

Good
Clean friendly environment, but the just decided to cut down on expenses and without notice stop serving coffee and continental breakfast as advertised, good for the economical crisis but extremely bad for costumers.

Some issues..
I stay here because it’s much less expensive than staying in the city and it’s a short bus ride into the Port Authority Bus Terminal and the hotel is in a nice area for having a good selection of restaurants in the evening with movie theaters nearby. However, I may need to stay at one of the other hotels in the complex next time as the quality has gone downhill since my visit last year. Faucet in the bathroom would only turn off completely if you tilted the handle into just the right position. The toilet was spraying water upward inside the tank which ended up leaking out the back onto the floor behind the toilet. The Wi-Fi is a great deal, if it works. During my last stay here the speed was pretty poor (256kbps) but during this stay the speed averaged around 32kbps with several periods of it not working at all.
