A well-situated comfortable stay
Old fashioned charm combined with modern comfort and a well trained staff at your disposal. The location in the very heart of Milan just behind Via della Spiga and all major shopping attractions makes this hotel unique. Very small room
Although I am frequent customer of that hotel I had very small unconvenient room at a very high rate.I was not fair.

Disappointed
Although I had a great experience with Baglioni hotel in Florence which made me book the Carlton Baglioni in Milan, yet the experience was very disappointing. The reception staff are not as nice as if they had an attitude or something. The room was too small and the bathroom was old and needed refurbishment. What I don’t understand is why the better hotel in Florence was a 4 Star and this one in Milan was 5 stars and one of the leading hotels in the world!!!
