Good Location
Easy to get to from BC Ferries and straight shot to downtown Victoria or to the Gardens. Nice staff, clean accomodations. Convenient muffin breakfast bar available with restaurant and fast food near by. Wireless service work well. Would go back.

Not worthhile for the money they charge
Noisy AC’s. You cannot sleep with that high noise of AC’s. Cheap breakfast. They dont change the bed sheets and quilts on daily basis. Rooms are not cleaned by vaccum cleaner. Manager and other staff is helpful. They try to resolve the issues and help you as much as they can. I think they are also abide by the limitations of their hotel owners. Sandy, the manager is a very nice and hard working lady. She understand your issues and try to resolve them.

basic room for decent price
Hotel was close to freeway and not far to ferry and airport. Walking distance to two restaurants and one convenience store. Not far from gardens. Room was basic with microwave and frig. Nothing extra like pool or spa. Muffins and coffee or juice in am. Hallways were dimly lit with shabby carpet. Place was ok for the price.
