Misrepresentation
Altho the staff was as helpful as possible and the management very cooperative with my complaint, this is a very run down hotel in a bad neighborhood that is not at all like the pictures shown on the website. My room had badly stained carpet, exposed wiring, defective plumbing, trash underneath the couch and bed, and smelled badly of old food odors. The grounds were trash and glass littered, next to an abandoned building, without any safe, suitable place to walk a dog. With some serious renovations, it could be a decent place to stay, although the location will most likely not improve. I left after two hours and checked into a different hotel, and was eventually refunded my entire registration fee.

Clean, affordable place near Clearwater beach
This hotel was located in an industrial neighborhood and wasn’t much to look at from the exterior, but the rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was pleasant, and prices very reasonable. A short drive throught downtown Clearwater to the beach.
