Disappointed with Service
The housekeeper told us we needed to checkout immediately when she knocked on the room door at 11:10 AM, although their book said checkout was at 12:00 PM. We were not prepared to leave yet, so we had to rush around. We found out later that checkout was at 11:00 but they didn’t change their books and no one communicated the checkout time to us when we checked in. Needless to say, we were not happy about our speedy exit.
