The little things can only get you so far.
I was impressed with every person I came into contact with, there were several members of the staff who went above and beyond the call of duty. However, my room had tiny bugs (I thought they were spiders, the bellboy thought they were ants. There were only a few by the TV on the first day, but they started taking over. They were in the bathroom. On the nightstand and even in the beds!!! The staff was very helpful and they changed my room the moment I called them, but it did put a big damper on my trip.

Needs some improvement in service and quality of food!
Front desk staff and communications to rooms an issue! quality of food from room service is poor and dining areas thru out the hotel are over priced for quality of food served! Maid service always forgets items to restock such as laundry bags - soap! doesnt remove items left from bar such as glasses etc!
