Awesome resort
Divi Village has a lot to offer. There is more than one pool, and even a few restaurants to choose from. The one pool even has a nice size slide that is fun for both children and adults. In addition to the slide, there is a nice size hot tub and swim up pool bar which is located in the infinity pool that overlooks the golf course and two restaurants (Windows and Mulligans). The beach is one of the best, if not the best on the island, and there is a super cool beach bar called Jimmys right there on the beach. Each night there is a happy hour between 5:00 - 7:00 where you can watch the sunset and Thursday night there is live music and it is a ton of fun! (Make sure and ask for Jimmys special drink) It tastes like a milkshake, and is delicious!
Research ahead of time and join the aruba bulletin boards for tips. Once you get there, find literature and books that offer discounts/early bird specials on dinners. There is a book that offers discounts on restaurants and activities. The ostrich farm offers 20% off, and most restaurants offer 10% and there are even menus listed in this book. It came in handy and even had a map in the back. You can even take the bus from Divi downtown. The cost is minimal compared to taxi or renting a car if you dont already have one. Just another tip for saving a few bucks. There are stores where you can even buy groceries. Just be prepared to convert from florins. Customer service can give you a conversion chart. Everyone, for the most part, is very helpful and friendly!

You wont be disappointed
There are always ways to make places better, but you will not be disappointed. This resort has it all and it knows how to operate.
Every Tuesday from the bike rental kiosk is a FREE guided bike tour and snorkling adventure. Ride about 5 miles to a great snorkling reef it is a lot of fun, and the two fellows that run the trip provide an enourmous amout of useful information. If snorkling is your bag, dont miss snorkling on a wreck. Yes, a wreck it starts in about 10 feet of water and goes down to 60ft. There is great visibility from the surface and its a short swim from the beach!
