Nice hotel - poor service
My stay was four nights long. My room received attention only after the first evening. I didn’t worry too much about it but on the last evening I had to go to the office to beg for fresh towels and toilet paper. Other than that, it is a nice place and I would probably stay there again. It is located on the south side of the freeway unlike all the other hotels which are on the north side clustered with fast food and gas stations. It is farther away from CWU than the others - but quieter.

A great experience
Overall, the hotel room was clean and comfortable. The front desk crew were very friendly and sweet. I highly recommend staying here
