the staff had totally catered to my needs going out of their way many times.
The staff had gone out of their way numerous times for me dealing with odd requests at odd times. the room was spotless, I have stayed in many 5 and 4 star establishments and resorts and this place was one of the very best I was some what surprised a lot of big city hotels have 4 and 5 star ratings and they are not as nice as the rating. The renaissance is beautiful and the beds are the most comfortable thing I have ever slept on,I only ate the breakfast and it was good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for any reason for being in Oklahoma City.
