Right place, wrong room
Although the hotel was fine, the reservation was not. I had a reservation for a room w/ two queen size beds and received a room with a single King bed and no capability to change rooms since all 2 Queen rooms were already booked. I was on a trip to visit colleges with my 17 year old son and ended up sleeping on a small and marginally comfortable pullout sofa bed. Expedia still showed the room as 2 Queens but The Marriot showed the reservation as being for a King. Not sure which party is at fault here (Expedia or Marriot) but the end result was unsatisfactory.

Good place to stay if you can get a good rate
Booked this hotel with a buy 2 nights get one free and it worked out well. King room with a balcony was nice. Hot breakfast is served in the lobby but is NOT included with the room. Overall a good stay for the value compared to other hotels in the area. About 10 minutes from downtown Burlington.
