Visiting in McCook
The hotel was very clean, quiet, and perfect for our stay. My daughter was on crutches and a brace from a softball injury, and they were very accommodating and gave us a bottom floor room. The indoor pool and hot tub were very nice after a long day. I would highly recommend the Days Inn, in McCook. The price was very nice as well.
Traveler's tip on shopping
McCook is not a large town but we found a couple of places to shop. On the main street in town, you will find a florist shop that has not only flowers but antigues and gifts, something for everyone. There is also a nice kitchen shop that I found a lot of nice little gadgets for the kitchen, really surprised for a small town.
