clean hotel. friendly service. otherwise terrible.
i was in a worst hotel in 1984 in Paris, France ( a two star). that makes Victory Inn & Suites Phoenix North the second worst hotel i have stayed in in my entire life. it is noisy, service is terrible, things in the room are broken. it is in (in my opinion) a poor location. however it is clean which is why i gave it an overall rating of "2" rather than "1".

it is very close to the freeway. it is between a walmart and a racetrack of some kind.

hotel not so clean,dont have a privacy card for the door so they can clean your room any time i dont like that.
