Fine, but expensive on UVM Parents’ weekend
The hotel was just fine--clean and comfortable. The front desk manager gave us a good recommendation for dinner. Since it was Parents’ weekend at UVM, the room was pricy though!!

I will tell everyone how nice the hotel was!!! soooo comfortable!!!
The hotel was so cozy and we really were so happy with everything! We loved how comfy the beds were and the pillows were so perfect,too. I was so happy!!!

Not impressed - service lacking
I found the front desk service help to be very unhelpful. The lobby was nearly empty when we arrived, yet we waited for over 15 minutes for service while they answered the phone and gabbed amoung themselves. The room was not ready when promised and in fact was not ready at 3PM which is the "guaranteed" check-in time. There were no working lights in the shower area of the bathroom. Showering in complete darkness was a unique experience.
