I would not recommend this hotel to my close friends. The location is not good. It is far from everything. There is no parking for the car.

Cancellation policy
Due to illness of our child, we had to cancel our trip to Madrid on July 26. We lost the reservation fee ($ 170.00) The Cancellation policy stated 48 hours. This is not goof policy. I will never book at this hotel and still want my money back.

Amazing staff
I was in Madrid en voyage to a town in Northern Spain and the staff was amazing in helping me figure out how to get there... and overall very easy to interact with!
