great stop over before and after your long flight from the states
Love this hotel we have stayed many times close to airport free transportatin great rest next door.

great hospitality
The staff and service was the best asset of this hotel. The rooms were clean and decently comfortable. I would stay there again.

very old building out of nowhere...did not feel safe! advertized as 4 stars in my opinion it should not be rated at all...

Depressing location
We selected this hotel since it was near the airport and was rated a 4 star. It was not a 4 star. Hotel was located in a very depressing neighborhood with vacant run down apts. Hotel itself was very dark. We did not want to be walking around after dark in this area.

3 star hotel at the most
Indeed very convenient as it is 10 minutes from the airport, a asked for a non smoking room and a got a very unpleasant room, skip the breakfast if you are not starving.

A pleasant surprise
This was a very nice, clean and friendly hotel. It was close to the MXP airport for our flight home. The hotel is truly a 4-star hotel with a very inviting entertainment room in the lobby, very well maintained rooms and the furniture was in excellent condition. The front desk staff were very accommodating and friendly. If I were to leave out of MXP again, I would definitely stay here again.

Great Malpensa solution
I wanted a hotel close to MXP for my last night on a 10[day trip in Italy. My flight was at 8:15 the next morning. Jet Hotel turned out to be a great solution. Literally 15 minutes from the airport. Location in a suburban neighborhood a little off-putting at first, but I wasn’t there to see the sights anyway. The real treat was the restaurant next door - a local hangout with wonderful, authentic food and a warm atmosphere.
Traveler's tip
The Jet Hotel has free shuttle service to and from Malpensa MXP airport - but only in the morning. If you need a lift in the afternoon, they have partnered with a car hire service for a reduced rate 20 euro each way. Call the hotel for details.

Not as handy as we thought.
We used this hotel on our last night of our trip. We took a train from Milan to the Malpensa airport and expected the hotel to be near but we had extreme difficulty locating anyone who could tell us how to get there and then found out it was over 20 Kilometers from the airport! We had to pay a taxi 22 Euros (One Taxi wanted to charge us 50!)to get to the hotel! Large unexpected expense! In the morning the hotel provided a shuttle to the airport that was great.

Airport Convenience
This was a very average hotel that is good for getting to an early flight in Milan. They have a shuttle that is included in the price of the room. There is not much in the area to walk so if you stay here I would plan on arriving late and leaving early. The rooms are very standard and do have internet laptops in each room. The hotel is overall quiet place just in an odd location.

Convenient to Airport
We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The staff was absolutely wonderful and we enjoyed walking around town. There were some great restaurants nearby and the shuttle took us to the airport for an early morning flight. When we return to Milan we will definitely use this hotel again for our night before flight.

Near Milan Airport
This hotel was only about 10 minutes from the Milan Malpensa airport. Our room was very modern, very clean, and very comfortable. A decent continental breakfast was provided. There were several good restaurants in the area to choose from for dinner.
