Nice hotel but not impressed
I will recomend this hotel only for short stays. During the first week of your stay the staff was very courteous, but after that they don’t really care. The room had some comfort, but for a five star hotel the bed didn’t have comforter only the white bedsheets.
Traveler's tip
The hotel is very far from the city attractions. They provide bus shuttle service to via Veneto from 10:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.for only few days after that they give you excuses and you have to find your own transportation to go to the center of Rome.

Fabulous hotel
Recently spent a week at this hotel with our two teenage children. Everyone was completely satisfied and delighted. Helpful and professional staff speaks English and is patient with requests. Best pool in Rome. It’s a beautiful place to spend a week in Roma. I will stay there next time!
This hotel is not near any shops, cafes or inexpensive dining areas, so it is impossible to ’grab a quick(and inexpensive) bite.’ Plan on taking a taxi or walking a little bit (not far)to bus stops to get to the sights or shopping areas. Also, the pool is amazing--easily the best and cleanest I’ve ever been in--but more for adults or good swimmers than small kids because the water is mostly very deep.

Elegance and Quality
Hotel is not in the center of everything, but it is in a beautiful location. The Spanish Steps can be reached within a 10-15 minute walk. The hotel is elegant, and the staff responsive.
