Good Rate! Great Stay!
Even though the hotel is in the flight path of PHX, I was still able to get a great nights sleep. The hotel was undergoing rennovations, but the rooms were still clean and quiet. Shuttle service to the airport and nearby mall, were very useful, and there is ample parking if you are driving. Overall, great stay.

Night Staff was very unprofessional
When checking in the night we arrived, the gentleman working the desk was very preoccupied with his personal tasks, did not welcome us, and was not helpful when we asked what was nearby for dinner. The shuttle driver that took us to dinner was not courteous or helpful when dropping us off for dinner, but was much more personable when picking us up from dinner.

Excellent hotel for ASU and Tempe area
Hotel and staff live up to Marriot name. We try different hotels in area to determine where one would stay when visiting again - definitely would stay again. Continental breakfast was above average, internet access-common area and in room is excellent, staff-excellent, location great to ASU, and perfect for family of 4. Stay was in August - son at ASU.
Rooms are geared for up to a family of four, need car to drive to eat, shop, sightsee. PHX during day is easy to navigate by car to shop, etc.
