I spent 5 days in BA and Design Suites was a really great choice, highly recommended.
It is well located and a walk distance of everything. It’s a couple blocks of Av 9 de Julho, Calle Florida and so on, as well as just a block from Av Santa Fe and Subway line D. There’s a nice breakfast every morning and you still have a fridge and microwave available on your suite. I just believe they could do a more complete clean up every day because some times seems they just make your bed and put things back to the original place but don’t exactly clean it up.

Excellent location, but don’t expect above and beyond service
The hotel was a good deal for the price. Some of the staff working there could really brush up on their customer service, however. Some at the front desk were more accommodating than others, but those that were not were not pleasant to deal with. Whomever answers the phone for room service is outright rude. When I called to order (8:30 PM) - he told me to call back in an hour as they were too busy to take my order. When I did, he told me to wait one more hour, then hung up on me. I called the manager, as this is clearly not treatment a hotel guest should receive. Two minutes later, the same guy from room service called me to take my order, but was not happy about it. One would think that after that, they would at least comp your salad. I was not looking for a free meal, but it would have been a nice token of appreciation for their clear error/disrespect. The location was great, as are the rooms, the balconies, the kitchenettes. All in all, I liked the hotel. I would stay there again if I was sure that they made an effort to train their staff on how to treat their clients.

Great location
Great location, very bad maintenance, they need to refurnish the rooms at least and not too clean. Very good deal for the price and location!
