Friendly staff but facility not impressive, pleasant view, however, and nicely situated.
Unpleasant surprise #1: No covered entry anywhere on property, #2: A very long (30-40 ft)uncovered ramp to front door making entry difficult when trying to juggle umbrella, luggage and 2nd entry door, #3: No elevator! #4 Our non-smoking room was next to smoking allowed rooms on the same wing, consequently, smoke was present in the corridors and front desk at times. Didn’t like that laundry/linen/cleaning rooms were left with doors open to corridors. That is tacky! Staff was mostly friendly and helpful.
