Just right for the price
The hotel was very nice, other than the musty smell in the room. The view was great and so was breakfast!.

Satisfactory
It seemed dingy, but its location right next to the college campus is very handy.A little musty smelling too. We had hoped to stay three nights,but when I made the reservation, the second night was booked so we stayed elsewhere. The third night we came back and stayed here again. This room was much fresher and brighter/cleaner feeling. Maybe just because we were on the waterfront side this time. It was fine for the money. We weren’t expecting anything fancy.

If you are staying here for things related to the college,make sure you make your reservations well in advance. There are not enough rooms in the town to cover big events.
