Would not recommend
I have lung problems and requested a non smoking room. The room smelled of smoke as soon as we walked in. There were no ash trays, but this was a smoking room. Toilet was broken and unable to flush. Bed clothes smelled of smoke and this was transferred to our night clothes.

Hotel was outdated. Could be maintained better. Pillows and bed were the worst. Clean and good location

Cheap but clean
If you want a cheap and clean hotel in Carson City, NV then this is a good choice. You can get a better deal if you need to stay longer than a week by negotiating directly with the motel. Only negative was that one of the network routers at the end of the hall had been stolen which meant I could not get internet in my room.
