Will stay there another time.
We have family in the immediate area and when we fly from Maine to Minnesota this makes a perfect location. Close to what is important to us. The room was clean. Had adequate cooling/heating during our stay. Personnel very friendly.

The room was adequate since I was only in the room to sleep. The bathroom had hair from an earlier guest or cleaning person on the floor and in shower/tub. There was mildew growing on the grout in the shower. The continental breakfast was nothing to write home about either. Paper juice glasses were only a little larger than a dixie cup.

Not Impressed
The hallway was very hot, it had an unclean smell and the bathroom could have been cleaner. The vending machine was nearly empty and the coffee pot was never cleaned. The carpeting needed to be replaced. The bed was comfortable, the television and blow dryer worked well. The staff was pleasant.
