NEVER STAY HERE!!!!
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. The staff are rude and incompetent. Our stay was a hassle from the moment we check in to the moment we checked out. Our keys did not work, and when we went back to the front desk to ask for assistance, we were told that we did not know how to use the keys. The manager then sent up a hotel worker who opened our door with his key, but our keys still did not work. We called the front desk this time,and he sent the same hotel worker back to the room to re-program the lock.The room was dirty, There were red stains on two of the towels, the window was filthy, and the room smelled like a combination of baking soda and alka-seltzer. There were 2 bugs on the window sill, and 2 cigarette butts in the drip pan (outside the room) under the air conditioning unit. There were also several cigarette burn holes in the comforter of the one bed, in what was supposed to be a non-smoking room. When we asked for additional towels and pillows that evening we were told they had none, and no access to them, and that we should have came down and asked sooner (very rudely). By this point my allergies were killing me from this disgusting (obviously smoked in room) and I called the front desk to ask if I could check out and get my money back. They said I could take it up with Expedia and that they would not charge me for the room, which they did not honor. NEVER STAY HERE!

A place to sleep
This hotel was exactly what I expected. I wanted a place we could sleep at night. We didn’t go the Williamsburg to spend time in a hotel room. It was just functional. The breakfast was uninspired, but more than many continental breakfasts of just bagels and apples. The room was cleaned well, but we were annoyed that there was only one trash can in the room, it would have been nice if there was one for the bathroom as well. The staff was nice and helpful.
