good price/quality
the hotel is very well situated, with breakfast and parking free, for a very good price.the best quality/price at that situation! A lot of restaurants and a supermarket in the area And the man at the reception was very nice and helpful.

Lacking as a vacation destination
The hotel is lacking in many was. There is a lack of over-all appearance, cleanliness, and parking. The relatively small parking lot is designed for compact vehicles only and a very tight fit. Don’t arrive late or you may not get a parking spot. The best looking part of the hotel is the lobby. The carpeting is old and dirty. The plywood sub-floors creek in the hallways. It is relatively cheap and that seems to attract the very young and young families. I stayed there on 2 occasions---at the beginning and end of my trip to Long Beach, CA. If my second stay was not pre-paid I would not have returned. In addition, my room had apparently not been cleaned, as the underside of the toilet seat was full of diarrhea. I noticed this after all of my bags had been brought-in and I was unpacked. Thank God I had pack sanitary bathroom wiped and spray disinfectant. The bed was barely a bed. You could not sit on one end without the other rising and was uncomfortable. I was not able to leave the bathroom door open and open the door to the hallway. On a positive note, it was centrally located.

Tiny room...i hated it...would never go back there...
I walked in expectin a good size room and I swear my bathroom at home is bigger and I live in an apartment. The room said non smoking and it stunk like they just finished smoking a cigaret before we walked in. I soooo recomend not stayin here.
