Road trip
We stayed there while travelling north. The hotel has surprisingly comfortable beds, friendly staff and is conveniently located near I 35. Good value.

Hotel made it right!
As always, be very, very careful how you book with Expedia. I’ve booked with them for years, and yet the ambiguous character of the choices buyers are offered (why allow me to request a no-smoking room, when no-smoking isn’t an option for that room configuation at the hotel?) led to a problem at check-in. The manager at the hotel made it all okay and upgraded to exceed the requested room. A good hotel and well managed! I would happily stay there again.
