Horrible! Do not go there!
We were booked for an all-inclusive plan for 5 days and they ended up telling us that we were not on the all-inclusive plan and therefore we have to pay for everything else. The trip ended up costing us more than $2,500 that we had budgeted for. When we complained the staff was very rude about it.

Great Hotel
Stayed on concierge level, and treated like royalty. abundant good food, great weather and activities, really enjoyed beach, gardens, spa. Special thanks to Errol for making our stay such a delight!
