super location in the heart of downtown Monterrey (El Centro)
very nice, quiet hotel. breakfast buffett was average, but the hotel is quiet and in super location of downtown Monterrey (El Centro). mini-bar costs were very low ($2.50 USD for a beer). close to plazas, malls & cafes.

Not bad at all
Service was very good and staff are friendly and helpful. We told them about the wireless internet not working at the start of the week and by the end of the week, nothing had been done. Other than that, this is a pretty good place to stay. It was quiet, clean, spacious and comfortable.

I’ve been in better hotels, same price average.
Room size was good. Cleanliness of the room was bad. Coffee maker was used previously and left there without being cleaning. Bed sheets were also dirty.
