understated excellence
The Ramada Norwich set a sterling example in excellence in all aspects of the operation of the Hotel and associated facilities. The cleanliness of the rooms and the staff that maintian them were superb. the resturant and club room were freindly and the food was excellent and price was a good value. The front desk staff continously went out of there way to provide exceptional service for every request.
