Disappointed
This was my 5th stay at this Hilton Garden Inn. I can’t believe how the condition has deteriorated in less than 1 year since my previous visit. The rooms and hallways smelled. The carpets were loose. The condition was most certainly not Hilton quality. Worse, I was on the fifth floor and found a cockroach in my room. It’s a shame because it is in a perfect location for anyone doing business in Monterrey. But I won’t be returning.
Traveler's tip for business travelers
There is a Marriott just north of the Hilton garden Inn. I’d recommend trying that place instead. There is no excuse in having cockroaches in a free standing structure.

Nice and Comfort
My wife and i needed some vacation, we decided Monterrey and had a very nice time becouse this hotel is very nice and was very comfortable. The bed was excelent.

Great place, friendly staff
good, food, nice people, clean place... it wass great to stay at a hotel in Mexico where almost all the staff spoke english and were very helpful
