Convenient, inexpensive, satisfactory
Convenient to Gainesville FL, easy exit off I75. We avoided the crush of University of Florida Graduation with this location, had a comfortable, inexpensive stay, just overnight. Proprietor indicated several casual restaurants (pizza, BBQ) within a couple mile drive. Of course Gaineville is 10 miles away and has many restaurant selections which is what we did due to our activities. Hotel room had a small refrigerator, electric outlet for hairdryer (self provided), ample AC, non-smoking rooms. All quite satisfactory. Nothing luxurious, but that’s not what we were needing. Would return if needed.

Comfortable hotel with a friendly staff
It was a nice hotel with a very friendly staff that were very curtious. The only drawback is that it was in the middle of nowhere. You had to drive to the next exit off of I-75 to go to eat or find a store. Otherwise than that, I would stay there again.

Not impressed
Tub and shower leaked continueously. No hair dryer, No coffee maker, very poor breakfast,No clock,No Kleenex, very old place that needed repairing.
