Good
The hotel was very nice, room was comfortable and clean. The beds were so comfortable. The front desk was not too helpful, I asked them if they could print out my boarding pass they said yes but 45 minutes later she still could not figure out how to do it.

Does what it needs to do
This was a nice hotel. It was clean and had what it needed to have. The front desk staff was helpful, but it took awhile to get someone to come to the bar to get some food, so I ended up leaving. The room was a nice size and had the basic needs covered.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Have the front desk reserve your ferry trip from Wellington to Picton because web rates are $10 cheaper for InterIsland. When booking Lord of the Rings trips, make sure to find the one that fits you best. For LOTR lovers, some trips are all day. The one I took had five sites, then a seal watching and a wine tasting. It was perfect for me, but not for true devotees. Pick what will fit your tastes.
