a STEP BACK IN TIME
If you have not stayed in luxurious hotels, then this one is adequate. It took me back 40 years when I travleed with my parents and stayed at the Holiday Inn or Ramada Inn. It was clean and comfortable, but lacked the amenities you now get in better hotels. It was quite nostalgic. The staff was great, and the breakfast in the morning definitely better than typical ones. I’d stay there again and recommend it to others who simply want convenience, cleanliness, and pleasant service.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
We were heading to Chattanooga when we stayed at this place. It was only about 50 minutes or less to Chattanooga, and the rates were well over 50% less. Worth staying a little out of a major city.

OK for the price
The hotel had been updated within the last couple of years so the condition was fairly good. As with most renovations, it was too expensive to replace the bathroom--so it was not up the standard of new construction. The space was generous and it was clean.

Overall, would stay here again. The beds were very comfortable. Our room had a odor to it, and the bath fan didn’t work. Was going to use the coffee maker and the filter basket wasn’t clean. Continental breakfast selection was very good.

pretty good place for a good night’s sleep
The hotel was pretty nice and quiet. They have just remodeled and gotten new beds which are nice. The only thing was that there was no way to plug the tub for a bath. I had to stuff towels in the drain. However, other than that it was very convenient.

I’d stay again
If I’d known the rooms open to the exterior, I wouldn’t have booked at this hotel. However, it’s in a safe area and I had no problems at all! Clean room, comfy bed and excellent hot breakfast.
