StLouis Renassiance
Was very disatisfied with "Amy", who worked the checkin counter at the hotel. The onset of the stay was set by her poor manners. She didnt use the words "please or thank you" And when she presented us our room card, she didnt offer to tell us how to get to the room. I aksed her where the elevator was and she pointed in the direction of the elevator without looking up or an apology for not telling us how to get to our room. As this is a 10 plust story hotel and I had never been there, i had no idea where to go without some directions. Also, the sheets didnt fit the mattress.We have stayed at the downtowm Renassiance many times and will return there from now on.

Not enough benefits for the cost
The hotel was nice, but if I’m going to pay that much to stay at a hotel by the airport the least they could do is offer complimentary internet and breakfast. Over $20 a day is more than I pay for internet at home.
