nice place to stay
good holiday inn. rooms were nice and clean. staff was curteous and helpful. i will stay there again when i am in the area for business travel. there are plenty of restaurants around and also a mall not far away incase last minute items are left at home!

Just OK
Carpet in our room was disgusting. Do not walk on without shoes. There was a spyder on the sofa. We wanted directions to a bar and grill and the desk clerk directed us to a very scary dive bar where we walked in and walked out. Otherwise, the lobby and common areas of the hotel were very well kept.

A Good Stay
I thought this was a nice hotel to stay at. It did however have a few downfalls: no complimentary breakfast (not even a muffin), no freezer with the fridge, and no complimentary HBO. HBO had to be bought. I wasn’t at the hotel enough to watch television but I found it strange HBO wasn’t included (and it’s included in cheaper hotels and motels).

You’re in the middle of Knoxville, close to the Convention Center. You’re a half hr away from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge too!
