Satisfied
We stayed four nights and did not experience any problems at the hotel. The location was perfect and it was clean and very comfortable. A safe and mini fridge in the room would have been nice, but they weren’t a reason not to return. We would stay there again.

not up to par
While the room we stayed in was clean,neat and comfortable, there was no fridge or microwave and the hotel restaurant was never open. We were told to sit in the bar, and order food there.The temperature of the indoor pool water was freezing, which prevented swimming in it. This was not what we expected from a Hilton.

A little far from the DC sites.
Overall the hotel was a decent value for its quality, amenities, and location. Highs: Shuttle service was usually convenient. Plenty of eateries to choose from within walking distance. Lows: "Thin walls" - could hear what others were doing to easily. About 45 minutes to get to DC National Mall area via hotel shuttle and then Metrorail.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Eat at Panera Bakery instead of the hotel to save some money on meals.
