Valueless for the money you can find a much better, with bigger rooms
This hotel where I have stay some time, and i have take the best rooms on the highest floors, this where good, with enough space, all the other rooms, are very very small, and if you book a room with view on the harbor, forget this, its only looking a litlle to have a view on the harbor, because there a big building before your view, and the harbor, maybe you can have a little, a small view to the harbor. The breakfast are normal, and expansive. pluspoint,Only this close to the MTR, and the staff are mostly friendly, and helpfull, and speak good English. You can find easy a much better choise for this kind of money, much better.
Don’t take this Hotel, look future and you find a much better one by expedia.

Very good value suite in Hong Kong
Due to the high cost of real estate in Hong Kong, most moderate hotels have tiny rooms. Harbour Plaza North Point is an exception and its rooms are huge by comparison. We had the one bedroom suite which was great for 2 adults + 2 kids. They even gave us a partial ocean view with the spectacular sights of Victoria Harbour. The suite was very clean, spacious, and even have a kitchen. Service was very good, as are the facilities. The kids really enjoyed their nice large outdoor pool, and the hotel is really close to the MTR station(3 minutes across the street), tram, and the airport bus stops right in front of the hotel. The only caveat is the location of the hotel is kind of isolated and not close to any commercial areas. Its located in a residential area, with some offices close by. However, its 1 subway stop from Tai Koo Shing, a very large shopping complex. The Quarry Bay MTR station is also a hub for HK & Kowloon, so getting around is very convenient. This is the perfect hotel for a family, or if you want ample space for 2 double beds on a budget.
There are quite a few "HK cafes" along King’s Rd with very cheap breakfast & lunch menus. There is also a Cafe D’Corral(more upscale HK cafe) across the street on your way to the MTR station. They have English menus and decent breakfast, lunch, & dinners. Do not have lunch from 1pm - 2pm, as that is the rush hr for office workers. You will have to wait for a table, and some menu items will disappear before you can decide!
