Management problem!
This hotel is very convenient to Old Salem and the facility itself is adequate...however there are some major management problems. We stayed for two nights and were never welcomed with anything resembling hospitality. Often there was no one at the front desk for long periods of time. The worst thing though was the group of rowdy teens who was constantly playing on the fitness equipment and in the hot tub area! This went on for two days and we mentioned it often..it was very dangerous! but the management never addressed this. We could not use the equipment or the spa because this group would not leave! They also crowded into the business area and monopolized the computer most of the time! Management seemed not to care. Will not reccomend this hotel.
