Cozy Cottage feel in the Middle of a Big City
Hotel is owned by a sweet young couple who were very tentive, affable and anxious to do whatever they could to accomodate their guests. It is obvious they take pride in their business and work it very conscientiously. It is as far from a corporate chain feel as I think you can get. If you are looking for a good value, a clean room and a comfortable bed, this is it.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
We stayed overnight on a Sunday, checking in after an afternoon Rays’ game. We were disappointed there wasn’t much to see or do in the area. We ended up driving to Clearwater to find something to do. When we have stayed in the area in the past, we really loved the locale.

Nice little inn but needs some updates...
The service was quite good. The young couple that manages the hotel are very attentive & accomodating. The hotel is older but for the most part is quite clean & in working order. Our biggest disappointment (and it was critical to the enjoyment of our weekend) was the bed. It was TERRIBLY UNCOMFORTABLE. Other than that the rooms are clean & decorated in a vintage style...mattress definitely needs to be updated though.

Comfortable hotel
The hotel is situated in a good location. The interia was very cute, made me relax. Acrually the room(single) was little small I thought but it wasn’t a big problem. And I found the room to be little old(not new) when I saw the corner of it. But the room itself was clean, equipped with TV, A/C, towels and wireless internet, that was good enough. I could sleep with an easy mind because anyone couldn’t enter this hotel itself without roomkey. The owner and his wife were very kind and friendly. I’m looking forward to the next time.
