General Information
What to expect: Casual fun is the theme at this Neuvo Vallarta resort, with day-and-night activities that include stretching and pool aerobics; introductory scuba diving, Spanish, and dance lessons; and after-dark shows or entertainment presented by the staff in an open-air theater.
Amenity highlights: Plenty of sunbathing opportunities exist around the main pool and on the beach, with thatched roof palapas providing snoozing shade; kayaks, sailboats and boogie boards offering ocean fun; and the beach providing walking and jogging pleasure. Topacio - The main restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets.
Caruso - This intimate spot features burgundy and white linens and classic Italian fare served à la carte. Guests can dine here once weekly (minimum four-night stay required). Reservations required. Children under 6 years of age are not allowed. Dress code: Long pants, closed-toe shoes for men.

Poolside Snack Bar - Shares the same palapa as La Troje but operates from noon until late afternoon, with snacks such as burgers and nachos, and again for late-night cravings, before and after midnight.
Bar Olas - This lively, open-air spot on the beach opens in mid-morning and stays open until very early the next morning.
Lobby Bar - The Lobby Bar serves cocktails from late afternoon until late evening.
Disco Night - Once the Mexican restaurant, La Troje, closes after dinner, the lively music begins, with dancing and drinks in the restaurant area.
